Group classes are all mentored by certified trainers.  They are a great way to get supervised training at an affordable price.  Also, mixing things up keeps your routine exciting and diversified.  Performing a wide variety of exercises helps you work all areas of your body while preventing boredom through following a monotonous routine.  

YACHTSIDE’S FITCAMP is a small format group class mixing up interval training, cardio, and weight-lifting for a complete work out for all levels.  Work side by side with like minded individuals to push your body and release positive endorphins.
